  1. I find that I struggle with knowing how I can help or am I doing enough to help or am I doing too much. Just finding the balance of being there and not going overboard, which is a little difficult for a person who loves to help others.

    1. Thank you for sharing! I know the boundary is never clear because, honestly, the boundary moves quite frequently. What is just enough today may be way too much tomorrow yet not enough the following day. The best thing, in my opinion, is keep offering and let them tell you when it’s too much for them. Remain patient and persistent. You’re doing an amazing job and your support will not go unnoticed. 🙂
